We are currently hiring a CSR Manager who will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts. Main Responsibilities of a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have prior experience within a similar role.
- You have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, non-profits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries.
- You have proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
- You can seek out, understand and incorporate feedback from the underserved communities we want to serve.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to distil complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
Fundraising:
Understand the CSR geography and create strategic objectives with respect to fundraising
Ensure adherence to the sustainability plan by raising funds from new donors.
Create Strategic partnerships and sustainability road map for the organisation.
Create implementation as well as expansion plans to multiple cities.
Create a Sustainable network of Key stakeholders in donors and make pitch.
Negotiating and managing the Financials, Donations and Timelines with Donors.
Being accountable to the Fundraising targets of individual as well as team when necessary.
Play vital role in fund allocation and take major financial as well as programmatic decisions and reporting with respect to the grant Relationship Management.
Deploy Self-sustaining practices for Retention of existing donors and growing grant/donation sizes.
Directly play the role of account manager of multiple large projects and create and nurture a lasting relationship.
Oversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donors.
Create synergy in Sustainability through innovative approaches.

We are launching a 6-month volunteer program and are looking for committed individuals who wish to make a positive difference in society. All volunteer roles are unpaid and certificate-based. Volunteers will receive an official Certificate of Completion at the end of their service period.
📍 Areas of Volunteer Operations
Volunteers will work across the following locations:
- Slum communities
- Railway stations and bus stands
- Government and charitable hospitals
- Orphanages and old age homes
- Shelter homes and public schools
- Housing societies and residential areas
- Shops, corporate offices, schools, and construction sites
✅ Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities (Point-Wise)
1. 🍱 Food Assistance
- Collect surplus and hygienic food from:
- Functions, social gatherings, and events
- Hotels, restaurants, caterers in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai
- Distribute food responsibly to people in need in public areas and institutions.
- Follow FSSAI guidelines and food hygiene standards during collection and distribution.
2. 👕 Clothing Distribution
- Clothing will be provided by the NGO Head Office, sourced from donation drives.
- Clothes are sorted, cleaned, and packed for respectful and need-based distribution.
- Volunteers will assist in:
- Distributing clothes to slum communities, orphanages, and old age homes.
- Organizing clothing camps in housing societies and public places.
3. 💰 Fundraising & Collaboration Executive
- Visit the following to generate support for the NGO’s current and future projects:
- Housing societies
- Corporate offices and business hubs
- Hospitals, schools, builders, and retail shops
- Responsibilities include:
- Raising funds through ethical means
- Explaining NGO activities and mission
- Securing collaborations under CSR initiatives
- Maintaining records of donations and submitting reports
- Must comply with FCRA and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
4. 📚 Teaching Assistance
- Support educational programs by:
- Teaching basic literacy, English, digital skills, and life skills
- Conducting classes in slum communities, shelters, and low-income schools
- Assist in developing child-friendly learning environments
- Adhere to the Right to Education Act and Child Protection Laws
5. 🎭 Entertainment & Emotional Engagement
- Organize activities like:
- Music, games, arts, storytelling, and cultural celebrations
- Engage emotionally with:
- Elderly individuals in old-age homes
- Children in orphanages and shelters
- Long-term hospital patients
- Promote mental well-being while being sensitive to cultural and emotional needs.
6. 🔁 Donation Awareness & Collection Campaign
- Visit housing societies, offices, schools, and local shops to:
- Raise awareness about responsible donation of unused and reusable items
- Collect items such as:
- Clothes, school supplies, bicycles, books, stationery
- Electronics like laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers
- Plastic and recyclable materials
- Set up collection camps in collaboration with housing societies and institutions
- Items not suitable for reuse will be sent for recycling. Proceeds from recyclables will fund welfare programs for the underprivileged.
🕒 Duration & Commitment
- Tenure: 6 Months (Volunteer Basis Only)
- Commitment: Minimum 8-12 hours per week
- Work Mode: Field and community-based assignments
- Reporting: Weekly updates to NGO supervisors (online or in-person)
